Why have a Center for Spirituality and Leadership?
The Center for Spirituality and Leadership is a meeting
place that supports the development of the individual and
community in a holistic wellness perspective.
Today, many people struggle with the responsibilities of
leadership, let alone, the task of integrating ethics,
community, and moral conviction into their everyday decision
making. All one has to do is watch the evening news to
determine that our civic, corporate, and family units are
struggling with the basic question of “Who am I?” and “How
can we be genuine in our actions?” It is often people who
neglect seeking to understand who they are that give
inauthentic responses and practice questionable ethics during
interpersonal challenges.
