Goals
~ Participants will integrate spiritual and leadership
principles in their ethical decision-making, vocational
discernment, and building of authentic community.
~ Community/corporate organizations will implement and
support administrative principles that promote reflection,
interpersonal dialogue, and conflict resolution.
~ Youth and adults will engage in “active learning” programs
that develop one’s Christian faith, morals, and lead to ethical
maturity.
